Families First Chiropractic is located in the heart of Brooklyn with a holistic approach to a healthy and active lifestyle since 2004.

​

I specialize in Chiropractic Diversified Adjusting, Webster Technique for pregnant women, using Ultrasound and ESTIM physical modalites, Class IV cold laser therapy, corrective exercises, Graston Technique and Myofascial Release Therapy (MRT).

My goal is to deliver gentle and effective care for the whole family.  By using a variety techniques and modalities, I treat everyone from newborn babies to octogenarians. While chiropractic doesn’t cure everything, it is  very safe and effective.  

 

The most common conditions treated in my office are low back pain, sciatica, neck pain and tingling into the arm or leg.  Almost all of my new patients show up with pain that is not getting better on its own.  Many have tried other approaches without success. 

 

With chiropractic treatment, most patients get better and can then decide to continue with maintenance/wellness care or to return as needed.  Wellness care involves being adjusted once or twice a month to prevent the problem from reoccurring and to keep you operating at your best.  The choice of wellness care versus release from care is of course up to you.

Office Policies

I am committed to providing all of our patients with excellent care on a consistent basis. When patients cancel without giving enough notice, they prevent other patients from being seen. 

 

Kindly please provide our office with a 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment by calling our office or you may be charged 100% of full appointment fee.

Late arrivals: Please call or text if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. We will try to accommodate late patients but they may be asked to wait.
